Aimed to help you to deal with your loss and any issues that may have been caused as a result. A
s well as copying mechanisms for a brighter future ahead. PTSD caused through trauma can leave us vulnerable and overwhelmed. Sessions will help provide an understanding and coping mechanisms to get your life back on track
